Long Life Warranty

PP Tuning Racing Parts have a full 2 year warranty on their rear sets and adjustable brake and clutch levers. If a part breaks during a crash it will be covered no questions asked. If it is broken then we will replace it for free. If you are interested in this “UNBREAKABLE GUARANTEE”, then read the conditions below:

PP Tuning Racing Parts guarantees its rear sets and adjustable brake and clutch levers, even in the event of a crash, for the maximum period of 2 years from the date of purchase as long as the conditions are fulfilled:

1. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty applies on main or small plate breakage. It does not refer to broken chain protector, rubber end of brake or shift levers and foot pegs.
3. PP Tuning Racing Parts reserves the right to replace the broken piece only that is preventing the part from working properly. In this case PP Tuning Racing Parts requires the whole part to be returned and not just the broken piece. This warranty only applies to PP Tuning Racing Parts and not any other part that the rear sets are mounted on such as the brake cylinder, frame, exhaust.etc.
4. PP Tuning Racing Parts reserves the right to replace or repair just the broken parts not to replace the rear set for a new one.
5. The customer agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs involved with any warranty claim.
6. For the purpose of future development and perfection of PP products, the customer must return the whole part and not just the broken piece to comply with this warranty.
7. PP Tuning Racing Parts reserves the right to decline any warranty claim if it would seem baseless to them.
8. Customer agrees that PP Tuning Racing Parts s. r. o. has no responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused as a result of the failure of any PP Tuning Racing Parts product. By purchasing and mounting PP Tuning Racing Parts the customer agrees to the conditions of this warranty.
9. PP Tuning Racing Parts is obligating that all personal dates on the “UNBREAKABLE WARRANTY PLUS CART” would not be revealed to any third person and will be strictly used just for the purpose evidence of UNBREAKABLE WARRANTY PLUS holders and for sending future information about PP Tuning Racing Parts activities (news, new products, pictures from races est.)
10. PP Tuning Racing Parts products are permitted to be used on the race tracks only. Usage of PP Tuning Racing Parts products otherwise than on the closed race track is the customers responsibility only.
