PP Tuning rear sets have full guarantee against breakage for 2 years. This guarantee is even valid by braking PP products by crash. We are not asking how you broke it or where you broke it – you broke it, we are going to replace it for free.  If you are interested in this “UNBREAKABLE GUARANTEE” read the conditions bellow.

PP Tuning guarantee unbreakably of its rear sets for the maximum period of 2 years from the date of purchase when these conditions are fulfilled:

  1. First, please make sure that you have filled out and send your cart UNBREAKABLE WARANTY PLUS, which is included in every package of purchased PP Tuning product. The warranty is valid form the day the cart is received by the PP Tuning company.
  2. The warranty applies on main plate or small plate breakage. It does not refer to broken chain protectors, end of brake or shift levers and food pegs.
  3. PP Tuning reserves the right to repair just the broken or damaged part of the rear set that is protecting the product of working properly. In this case PP Tuning is demanding for control of the whole rear set not just the damaged parts. This warranty applies just on broken PP Tuning parts not for the original or other parts that PP Tuning rear sets are mounted on (brake cylinder, frame, exhaust…).
  4. PP Tuning reserves the rights to exchange just the broken parts not to exchange the rear set for new one.
  5. The customer agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs involved with any warranty claim.
  6. For acknowledging of the warranty the customer agrees to include all parts of the broken part by returning it for the purposes of future development and perfection of PP products.
  7. PP Tuning reserves the right to decline any warranty claim if it would seem invalid to them.
  8. Customer agrees to hold PP Tuning harmless regarding any liability in personal injury or property damage as a result of the failure of any PP Tuning product. By purchasing and mounting PP Tuning products the customer agrees to the conditions of this guaranty.
  9. PP Tuning is obligating that all personal dates on the “UNBREAKABLE WARRANTY PLUS CART” would be not reviled to any third person and will be strictly used just for the purpose evidence of UNBREAKABLE WARRANTY PLUS holders and for sending future information about PP Tuning activities (news, new products, pictures form races est.)
  10. PP Tuning products are allowed to be used on the race tracks only. Usage of PP Tuning products otherwise than on the closed race track in on customer responsibility only.
